Auction Management Solutions was founded by Tom Stewart and Richard Curtis in 2016.  After many years of working with Independent Auctions and seeing a need in the marketplace for diversity, AMS was established.  The AMS focus is to provide strategic business development services, with an emphasis on business process and profitability that aide in the growth and success of our client partner businesses.  We offer superior service and guidance to our partners, with a team that offers more than 50 years of experience in the wholesale automotive industry.  Our goal at AMS is to help bring clients to the forefront of their business and maintain a comprehensive and competitive alternative within the automotive industry.

Tom Stewart

Tom Stewart, an industry specialist in vehicle remarketing and auto finance, is the President of Auction Management Solutions, Inc.  Stewart has worked with auto auctions, auto finance companies, vehicle manufacturers, corporate fleets, commercial lessors, third party servicers, and e-commerce companies.  Stewart, who has over 20 years of industry experience, started his automotive career working for Anglo American Auto Auctions.

He later went on to become the Director of Remarketing for KeyBank out of Cleveland, OH. He has spent the last 15 years working on various consulting projects as a partner with TPC Management Company and held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales for the ServNet Auction Group.

Cynthis Meyer

Richard W. Curtis

Richard Curtis, an industry specialist in vehicle remarketing and redistribution, is a Partner in Auction Management Solutions, Inc. Curtis works with auto auctions, auto finance companies, vehicle manufacturers, corporate fleets, commercial lessors, third-party servicers, and e-commerce concerns.

He has done work with a group of companies headquartered in Canada that evaluate and participate in various automotive industry ventures in North America.  Richard has over 40 years of industry experience, including 18 years as General Manager of auto auctions located in Washington, Louisiana, and Texas, and 6 years as General Manager of franchise auto dealerships.

Cynthia Meyer

Cynthia Meyer is Vice President of Business Development with Auction Management Solutions, Inc.  Cynthia is a 20+ year automotive industry veteran with diverse remarketing and leadership experience. She has enjoyed a successful career working with auctions and commercial consignors by increasing customer market share, managing operational performance and achieving business directives.  Her prior roles included Director of Sales and Marketing with Manheim and ADT, National Sales Director for Dealers Auto Auction Group and Vice President of Sales with Liquid Motors.

Cynthia Meyer is a graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in business, is a board member of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) and is very prominent on the Conference Planning Committee, a past recipient of Women in Remarketing and an Associate of National Auto Auction Association (NAAA).

Scott Keener

Scott Keener

Scott is currently the Vice President of Operations at Auction Management Solutions, Inc. (AMS).  His more than 30 year auto industry career experience includes various leadership positions with Manheim Auctions that include General Manager to Regional Vice President.

As Vice President of Operations for AMS, Keener’s experience running auto auctions with an emphasis in auction operations, gives him a unique perspective to help identify areas within an auction to improve workflow, profitability and help achieve overall success within the marketplace.
